Excuse me while I squeeaal over these, because Cassy is simply glowing in her whimsy, gold-hour senior photos at Morton Arboretum. I’ve been dreaming of this tree grove for years now, waiting for the perfect person to place there. When Cassy said she was hoping for senior photos with vibrant colors and a nature-filled forest vibe, I knew this would be the spot for her.
Cassidy is a class of 2026 senior from Aurora Christian School, and the oldest as well as the only girl in her family. To say her parents are excited and filled with all the emotions is an understatement! I just adore all the families from ACS that I’ve had the joy of working with so far.
The Morton Arboretum is filled with literally endless photo opportunities. From lush gardens to varied tree groves representing different foliage from around the world- there’s really no limit to what you can dream up for your senior photos. For Cassy, we knew she wanted to highlight the vibrant colors, so that meant heading to the maples and oaks for those beautiful tones. We stopped at random spots that stood out along the route, and then ended in the stunning spruce grove. Side note: you do need to reserve a photography permit, so keep that in mind if you want senior photos at the Morton Arboretum.
