As I’ve been settling into southern California more and getting more closely involved in our church with my husband, I’ve had the immense joy of meeting some great new friends. Summer happens to be one of them, and I was thrilled when she agreed to have an afternoon together taking some portraits and exploring Old Town Orange. We shopped a little for the outfits the week before, and I did her hair and makeup for the shoot. (Goodness, it was the first time I’ve ever done it by myself before, but I have to say I was proud of my work!) 😉 Hair and makeup well done before a photoshoot saves LOADS of time in post processing. With her face already being so naturally beautiful as it is, I hardly had to edit a thing and she looked amazing!
